In my spare time, I love to cook and eat vegetarian food from around the world. Combining my interests in food and technology, I was a co-founder of the digital vittles community food blog. I've been a little lax in my blog posting lately, but here are a few of the recipes that I have contributed:

(I should note that I learned to cook from the Grandma Palmeri "a heap of this, a pinch of that" school. My recipes are more "invitations to experiment" than instructions to follow.)

In my cooking, I try to use as much local, organic produce as I can. I regularly shop at the Oxford Farmer's Market Uptown, and this winter I have a farm share with Boulder Belt Eco-Farm.
